Potty

Kinley woke up from her nap dry, so I put her on the potty. Much to my amusement, she went pee and poop! You rock Kinley Grace!! I am sure this is a sign she won't be potty trained until she is 4 or so... :)
Here is my baby girl on the potty, and then a picture of me on the potty when I was little!

Feeling the heat

Its starting to warm up around here.  The kids are loving their water table!

Springing!

Carter loves his new Scooter!!!  It is so much fun to watch him learn how to use it, and to see the excitement in his face when he is able to balance with two feet on it.  He is getting good at it, and it actually makes him pretty tired, which is a bonus for me! :)

The flowers on this tree are so beautiful.  Carter picked one, gave it to Kinley, and said "This is for you, and now we can get married".  Hummm, sweet boy!

Last Ride

The boys on the Scooter for one last ride.

Tim finally sold the scooter this weekend.  It was kind of bittersweet.  Before we moved for medical school, Tim sold his dirt bike and bought this scooter to drive to school every day.  It was a great investment because we were able to be a one car family, and he would be able to drive it to school every day and only fill the thing up every 3 months or so.
Since we have moved away from Missouri, the scooter has really had very little use.  We actually tried to sell it in Utah, and didn't have any luck.  Since then, Tim has taken Carter around the circle around our house to let him practice driving.  And, big surprise  Carter loves it!
So I have been hounding the boys to put it up on Craigslist and to see if we can get it out of the garage.  Both boys would put out their lips and cry at me about it.  Finally they agreed, and within 3 hours of posting it online, it was sold and gone!!!  I think Tim and I were both a little in shock that it sold that fast!
I could tell that Tim was a little heart broken, but Carter looked up at him and said "Don't worry Dad, in a few years we will buy a motorcycle that goes really fast!  Vrrrrooom!"   Hummm, good luck talking me into that one boys!
